Rano Karno Holds a Gathering with Balkoters Journalists

Jakarta Deputy Governor, Rano Karno, held a gathering with journalists assigned to the City Hall (Balkoters), in the Deputy Governor's Large Meeting Room on the 2nd Floor Block B, City Hall Building, Wednesday (4/9).

"I apologize sincerely if I have made any mistakes in the past two months. This is a gathering after Idulfitri with my media friends at City Hall," Rano stated, Wednesday (4/9).

For about two months leading Jakarta alongside Governor Pramono Anung, his party continued to keep campaign promises, such as addressing flooding through river and reservoir dredging, including the routine distribution of the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) and Elderly Card every month.

He would shortly open the recruitment for PPSU with the criteria of being able to read and write, as well as activating parks to operate for 24 hours.

He hoped that the gathering with Balkoters journalists could provide input and information to build Jakarta better.

"I hope our collaboration becomes even more extraordinary. For the next gathering, we can hold it in the park," he asserted.

This gathering received appreciation from Balkoters Chairman, Sammy Edward Watimewa.

"Hopefully, in the future, it can further build a space for communication and dialogue with the Jakarta Government," he hoped.
